Dashboard Overview

Dashboard Layout

The Eclipse Accounting dashboard is your control center. It displays:

• Quick Stats: Revenue, expenses, and profit at a glance
• Recent Transactions: Latest invoices and expenses
• Upcoming Events: Bills to pay and invoices due
• Charts & Reports: Visual representations of your data

Widgets

Revenue Widget

Shows your total revenue for the selected period. Click to drill down into details.

Expense Widget

Displays total expenses and breakdown by category.

Cash Flow Chart

Visual representation of your cash flow over time.

Customization

You can customize your dashboard by:

1. Dragging widgets to rearrange them
2. Resizing widgets by pulling the corner
3. Adding/removing widgets from the widget library
4. Setting your preferred date range

Navigation

From the dashboard, you can quickly access:

• Sidebar Menu: Main navigation
• Top Search: Global search across all data
• Quick Actions: Common tasks like creating invoices
• User Menu: Account settings and logout

Keyboard Shortcuts

• Cmd/Ctrl + K: Global search
• Cmd/Ctrl + /: Toggle sidebar
• Cmd/Ctrl + 1: Dashboard
• Cmd/Ctrl + 2: Invoices
• Cmd/Ctrl + 3: Expenses
