Sync Problems
Troubleshoot data synchronization issues
Data Not Syncing
Check Integration Status
- Go to Settings → Integrations
- Verify integration is "Active"
- Check last sync timestamp
Reconnect Integration
If sync fails:
- Disconnect the integration
- Wait 5 minutes
- Reconnect with fresh authorization
- Test with new data
Check Permissions
Ensure you've granted:
- Read access
- Write access (if needed)
- Full permissions
Some integrations require specific API permissions.
Partial Syncs
If only some data syncs:
- Check data format
- Verify required fields
- Contact integration support

Contact support with:
- Integration name
- Last successful sync date
- Error messages (if any)
