Managing Invoices

Track, update, and manage your invoices

Invoice Status Tracking

Track invoice status in real-time:

  • Draft
  • Sent
  • Viewed
  • Paid
  • Overdue

Update Invoices

Before sending, you can:

  • Edit line items
  • Change payment terms
  • Adjust amounts
  • Customize design

Once sent, create an amended invoice instead.

Record Payments

When payment is received:

  1. Click "Record Payment"
  2. Enter payment amount and date
  3. Select payment method
  4. Invoice status updates to "Paid"

Invoice Reminders

Set up automatic reminders:

  • Send payment reminders
  • Customize reminder timing
  • Track who has viewed

Overdue invoices are automatically flagged for follow-up.

Bulk Actions

For multiple invoices:

  • Send bulk invoices
  • Download as PDF
  • Export data
  • Apply refunds
