- Added support workflow tools such as canned responses, contextual prompts, and a dedicated support surface.
- Expanded roadmap and planning visibility with idea tracking, KPI additions, and approval workflow improvements.
- Added marketplace rollout visibility for Amazon, Shopify, and ShipStation integrations.
