Feedback widget screenshot

  • Added a persistent Feedback button in the authenticated app shell so users can open the widget from anywhere.
  • Replaced the old multi-field feedback flow with three quick paths: Report a bug, Something is confusing, and Feature request.
  • Reduced the form to one required message field and optional screenshot attachments.
  • Added screenshot upload, one-click screen capture, and clipboard image paste support.
  • Expanded the automatic diagnostics bundle to include the current route, screen title, app version, release SHA, workspace, feature-flag variants, the latest request ID, and browser/device details.
  • Added a confirmation state with a copyable reference ID after submission.
  • Feedback reports now flow through a dedicated private review pipeline with configurable PII redaction, duplicate suppression, and internal delivery audit logs instead of relying on a generic inbox-only path.

Users can now report issues in a few seconds without context-switching to a separate support page or re-explaining what screen they were on. The richer diagnostics, private attachment handling, and duplicate-aware review queue should also reduce back-and-forth for bug reproduction and triage.
