Shopify Integration

The Shopify integration is available to approved beta workspaces as an Eclipse-initiated connection. During the rollout, approved users start the connection from Eclipse, authorize the store in Shopify, then return to Eclipse for sync and review.

  • Active Shopify store access
  • Access to connect integrations in Eclipse
  • The correct Eclipse organization selected before you start
  1. Go to the integrations hub in Eclipse 1. Choose Connect Shopify 1. Enter your shop domain and complete the Shopify authorization flow 1. Return to Eclipse and confirm the connection 1. Run the first sync and review the imported activity
  • orders and order updates
  • refunds and cancellations
  • payout-related events when the required Shopify Payments scopes are enabled
  • historical order, catalog, and customer backfill through the Shopify sync flow
  • did orders land in the expected organization
  • are refunds showing correctly
  • did the sync import recent store activity
  • did any reconnect or health warning appear in integrations settings
  • Shopify is not yet presented as a fully launched production integration in the docs or UI
  • some non-accounting Shopify webhook topics are intentionally not part of the realtime rollout yet
  • live-store validation is still part of the rollout checklist

Connection looks healthy but data is missing

Section titled “Connection looks healthy but data is missing”

Start with a manual sync from Eclipse, then review recent orders and any integration alerts.

If Eclipse shows an authorization or health issue, reconnect the existing store instead of creating a second Shopify connection.

Disconnect the store, switch to the correct Eclipse organization, and reconnect before retrying the sync.
