Sync Problems
Data Not Syncing
Section titled “Data Not Syncing”1. Check connection health first
Section titled “1. Check connection health first”Before disconnecting anything, look at:
- the integration status
- the last successful sync time
- any reconnect prompt or blocker message
- whether you are in the correct organization
2. Reconnect only when Eclipse tells you to
Section titled “2. Reconnect only when Eclipse tells you to”If the connection is stale or authorization expired, use the in-app reconnect or recovery action. Avoid creating a second connection for the same source unless support explicitly tells you to.
3. Check scope and expectations
Section titled “3. Check scope and expectations”Some sync confusion is not a failure. It may be:
- the wrong account or marketplace was connected
- the first import has not finished
- only recent data has synced so far
- the records you want still need review or approval elsewhere in Eclipse
Partial Syncs
Section titled “Partial Syncs”If only some records appear:
- compare the import window with the activity date you expect
- check whether the source record type is actually supported
- review duplicate detection or cleanup states that may hide records from the primary view
- confirm there is no outstanding blocker in the integrations or banking surfaces
Still Having Issues?
Section titled “Still Having Issues?”Contact support with:
- Integration name
- Last successful sync date
- the exact error message or blocker text
- example records that should have imported but did not
