Seller Hub
Seller Hub is the daily operating workspace for ecommerce sellers. It brings channel health, order activity, listing status, payout reconciliation, and eBay issue triage into one place.
What Seller Hub shows
Section titled “What Seller Hub shows”- gross sales, net profit proxy, open orders, payout match rate, and issues that need review
- channel health for connected selling sources such as eBay, Shopify, Amazon, Stripe, and manual activity
- payout fees, refunds, net payout totals, and unmatched payout work
- listing drafts, active listings, publish failures, and low-stock product signals
- eBay returns, cancellations, disputes, seller standards, and funds when that data has synced
- Eclipse AI agent settings for commerce automation, including encrypted provider-key status, watch/assist/full-auto mode, minimum profit, shipping-aware pricing guardrails, cooldowns, notification recipients, and recent action history
Seller Hub only shows metrics that Eclipse already stores. Advertising, traffic, feedback, store, and research metrics are not shown unless they are available from real connected data.
Best way to use it
Section titled “Best way to use it”Start with Needs attention and clear blocked reconnects, unmatched payouts, open disputes, returns, and failed listings. Then review the channel table for stale syncs or payout gaps before moving into orders, listings, or payout reconciliation.
Use Sync now when a connected channel is ready for manual sync. If no channel can sync from Seller Hub, open Integrations to review setup.
Use AI agent to opt into hands-off commerce work. The product-to-listing flow still blocks publish until real product photos, condition, cost basis, minimum accepted profit, seller-paid shipping estimate, package weight/dimensions, and eBay publish policies are present.
Listing Autopilot
Section titled “Listing Autopilot”Listing Autopilot (/seller-hub/autopilot) is for sellers who start from a deal or retailer link instead of an existing product row.
- Open Seller Hub → Listing Autopilot, use Create → Build eBay draft, or search for that action in the command palette.
- Enter Your cost. Eclipse focuses this field automatically.
- Optionally change the condition, quantity, minimum profit, shipping, comp ceiling, AI photos, or any field under More details. These listing defaults are saved for the organization.
- Paste a valid product or deal URL into Paste product link to start. Pasting launches immediately; a manually typed URL launches when you press Enter.
Eclipse saves the job immediately, shows Researching, then researches comps, applies pricing guardrails, writes the listing, and creates an eBay draft in the background. Listing Autopilot never publishes automatically. Blocked runs stay visible with reasons (missing policies, low comp confidence, profit floor, and similar) so you can fix inputs and rerun from the same intake job.
The fastest keyboard path is: type cost, press Tab, paste the link. If you paste before entering cost, Eclipse keeps the link and starts after you enter cost and press Enter.
