Walmart Marketplace

Walmart app approval is pending. Public seller authorization becomes available after Walmart approves and registers Eclipse Accounting’s application. Signing into Seller Center alone does not connect your Eclipse organization.

  1. Select the organization that owns the Walmart activity in Eclipse.
  2. Open Apps → Walmart Marketplace → Connect Walmart.
  3. Sign in at Walmart, review the app’s requested access, and authorize Eclipse.
  4. Return to Eclipse. The connection belongs to the organization selected when authorization started, even if you switched organizations while away.
  5. Eclipse starts importing all supported activity automatically. You can leave the page while it works. Where API credential setup is enabled, enter your seller Client ID and Client Secret and choose Connect and import.

Each user authorizes their own seller. Eclipse stores access and refresh tokens encrypted; you do not paste a seller Client ID, Client Secret or password into Eclipse.

  • Orders includes seller-fulfilled, Walmart Fulfillment Services and third-party fulfillment orders. Initial setup requests Walmart’s available order history, up to the last 180 days. Ongoing imports revisit recent orders for updates.
  • Catalog adds product information without assuming purchase costs or owned quantities.
  • Saleable stock records Walmart availability for comparison. It does not receive owned inventory or publish stock changes.
  • Returns records refund and return facts for review. It does not automatically post refunds or restock products.
  • Actual fees uses an available Walmart reconciliation report. Eclipse discovers all available report dates and imports their fees in bounded batches. Payout matching remains separate.

Imports save each page with its continuation and resume automatically through the hourly integration monitor. No resource, date, or report selection is needed. Sync now retries unfinished work on demand. A failed resource does not discard pages already saved for another resource. Progress survives leaving or refreshing the page. Retrying reuses provider identities without creating duplicate sales. Orders, returns and fees await accounting review. A completed import does not prove bank reconciliation or history beyond the provider’s available data.

Use Review orders, Review products, and Review channel inventory to open the existing Eclipse workflows for adjustments and review.

Managing connections requires integration management access. Product imports require inventory creation access; orders, returns and fee imports require finance creation and editing access. Review access is checked separately.

Eclipse renews short-lived access tokens automatically. If Walmart revokes authorization, select the seller and choose Reconnect Walmart. Authorize that same seller at Walmart. To add a different seller, use Connect Walmart. An expired or already-used authorization link must be started again.

Disconnecting clears stored authorization and stops subsequent imports. You can also revoke Eclipse in Walmart Seller Center. Existing imported records remain available for review.
