Section titled “Changed”- Added a new
/admin/beta-opsdashboard for Eclipse staff to review beta redeems, active users, activation rate, and open feedback from one place. - Added date-range and cohort/source filters so product, support, and devs can scope the dashboard to a specific beta wave quickly.
- Added feedback category and status views so support can see what kind of issues beta testers are sending in and what still needs follow-up.
- Added ranked error-code and failing-route panels, with Sentry-backed rankings when available and first-party telemetry fallbacks when a cohort-scoped view needs deterministic data.
- Added a repeated-failure follow-up list for users who keep hitting failures but have not submitted feedback yet.
Why It Matters
Section titled “Why It Matters”Beta programs work best when product, support, and engineering can all see the same signals. This dashboard makes it easier to spot activation friction, understand which beta cohorts need help, and reach out to frustrated users before they churn silently.
