Section titled “Changed”- Added a read-only monthly explanation card directly to
/reports. - Kept the existing monthly narrative API and report generator contract in place.
- Moved the proven explanation surface into the reports workspace so users can see the summary, key takeaways, and action items without opening AI chat.
Why It Matters
Section titled “Why It Matters”This closes the last code-side gap in the smart reporting workflow. The monthly narrative now has a real user-facing home in the reports experience, which makes it easier to review report context during close and easier to defend as launch-ready.
